We hope that you love all your purchases from Frankie Greer Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return.  

FINAL SALE items (items not eligible for return): 

  • Items purchased at a discount of 25% or more

  • Items in any SALE, all sale items

  • Accessories, leggings, bodysuits, pajamas, swimwear, graphic tee’s, sweatshirts

  • Holiday items

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, animal hair, odor, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. All items must be unwashed and unworn. Please wrap your item neatly in paper to protect the item. 

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at contact@frankiegreer.com and forward photos of any damage. Please understand that colors may sometimes vary due to lighting, screen resolution, and photography. This does not qualify as a damaged item.

Holiday/Gift Return Policy

Holiday gift returns may be eligible for for extended return windows. To qualify, the buyer must contact us prior to buying to request eligibility. Store credit will be sent to the email address used on the order. Please read above for a list of items that are not eligible for a return.
