We offer shipping through UPS. All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days with options of: 

Standard: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping normally delivers within 3-5 business days. 

Ground: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping normally delivers within 1-5 business days. 

UPS Next Day Air Saver: Our overnight delivery option. Deliveries reach residential customers by the end of the next day. Orders must be placed by 12 pm EST for same day processing. If you order after 12 pm EST your order will be processed the next business day. **NEXT DAY DOES NOT DELIVER ON SATURDAYS! 

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.

PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our reshipment along with providing an updated address.

If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.

Frankie Greer is not responsible for any delays or lost packages caused by shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and will not refund shipping charges if the carriers do not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
